Judy is proud to say that she has the perfect palate for distinguishing which wines should be paired with different classic Italian dishes. In the future, she hopes to teach a class on wine tasting. In her class, Judy will go through the basics of her passion for wine tasting, from distinguishing scents, aromas and flavors to food pairings.
